These are well made bowls that are nice and heavy. I went to the CHEFS catalog website and was able to find the sizes and weights for all the bowls. I wanted tall and narrow mixing bowls to save space and most mixing bowls were too short and wide for me.These are full size mixing bowls. I poured 4 cups of water into the 1-qt bowl and there was still almost 1/2-inch of space at the top. I was surprised because I thought a 1-qt bowl would mean that 4 cups of water would reach the top of the bowl.The bowls arrived with no damage. The box with the bowls were inside another box so there was no chance of damage in shipment. I have bought items before from CHEFS and always been happy with their products. This one is another winner.

These bowls are a good value. The sizes are a good range, you get five not four, the silicone bottoms are well applied, the satin/smooth finish looks great, there are measurements on the inside, the rims, are very functional, and they have a nice weight. Oh, and the picture is misleading, the bowls fit inside each other flush at the top. The seller (Chef's Tools) also has a no nonsense return policy, so feel comfortable even though the product is not fulfilled by Amazon. I am very pleased with my purchase.
