I ordered a black vortex bowl to go with my hookah and I already had a vortex bowl but I wanted another so I could pack one, smoke one. Well, it arrived late and the wrong color. I decided not to bother with the hassle of shipping it back and hoping the next would appear on time and in the proper color so I just kept the blue. Works decently as a back up bowl, but that's about it.Update: Shortly after writing the original review, in August of 2012, the seller offered to ship a free replacement bowl of the correct (black) color. It is now March, 2013 and the replacement never materialized.Also, it should be noted that this is not a genuine Vortex bowl. This is a knock-off and the quality isn't the same. I noticed the holes on the sides of the center piece are much lower than they should be, allowing the juices to run down the stem. The clay on the stem of this bowl is thinner than that of the genuine vortex bowl, which may lead it to break if you use too much force when putting it on your hookah stem.All in all, you are much better off paying extra for the genuine article from a more reputable seller.

Received bowl and immediately noticed that there was only one hole and it was at the top. I was expecting small holes sitting vertically on all sides. If you want an idea of what you'd be getting take a look at this one: [...] Mine was this exact color, size and structure. Hopes this helps.
