These bowls are nice however the lids fit kind of loose on the bowls. They snap on, but you can easily remove them just by lifting up a side of the lid. You probably do not want to store any thing that is really liquidy in these bowls if you're concerned about things spilling. dry goods should be pretty fine in them.
