The bowl is okay but had a pair of slight dings on the exterior upon arrival.Some people have complained about the Tovolo sticker on the interior and how hard it is to get it off.The easiest, fastest solution is: blow dry it!Use a blow dryer on High heat and spray the sticker at close range (3 inches or so) with hot air for no more than 7 seconds. Then carefully peel the sticker off. If it won't come right off after 5-7 seconds, spray it with a few more seconds of hot air and try again. You can always add a bit more heat. DO NOT OVERHEAT THE STICKER. Eventually the glue will get hot enough and enter an "easy to peel" state where the whole things comes off extremely easily.Whatever you do, do not overheat the sticker, as that will actually make it much harder to get the goo off--the sticker will come off but the half-melted glue will stay behind. If it does reach that state, the goo is much harder to get off. I ran into this problem, and the way I solved it was by boiling the goo off. Put some water in the pot, put some water in the bowl, put the bowl on the pot, and heat them up. After several minutes of simmering, the sticky stuff will eventually be scrapable with a silicone or nylon or wooden spatula (don't use metal, that will scratch it). The stuff will then float to the surface of the water for later disposal.

First off, the label in the bowel interior required 60 minutes of soaking and scrubbing to remove- that lost one star.Then the rim at the top of the bowel makes scraping difficult- that lost another start.Otherwise the finish and weight of the bowel is OK. Time will tell about corrosion resistance.I will be using it for proofing dough and mixing batter.
