After looking at the pics posted and amazon and the product i got i'm beginning to wonder if i got the right product. The bowls look like the ones shown however the covers are completly flat, no raised edge. The lids when fitted on the bowls are able to move around so i'm not sure if it's really airtight as promised. Also when closing it really does not feel snug on there. They are smaller than i expected but i'm sure i'll find some use for them.

Sometimes I like to "pre-prep" a meal. Having lids, that fit tightly, allows me the luxury of chopping garlic, ginger, whatever, and into the prep bowl it goes with the lid snapped on. Sure makes fixing a hurried meal later a snap.High quality, should last a long time.

The Oggi 3-Inch pinch bowls are awesome. I purchased one set, loved them, and bought another set. They are the perfect size for mixing and storing your seasonings. In addition, they come in handy when you buy bulk seasonings. I don't have to worry if I've contaminated them with raw chicken or meat, because I can throw them in the dishwasher and they come out as good as new. All six of my lids fit perfectly. Definitely would recommend, and they're a great price!
