I really like these bowls. However, the large bowl had chips on the bottom, plus the color was not done properly on the bottom of it, i.e., sloppy looking. I returned the bowls. I just reordered this set because I noticed the price reduced by $10. Hopefully I will have better luck with this new set. I will update once received.

I had a bowl and it cracked...it was very old, but I really liked the ceramic bowl, so I purchased this. Got a set of 3 and it was just what I was looking for. Nice quality, a little bit heavy, but it's ceramic and if it were light it wouldn't be great quality.
